Not afraid to over promote the album Super Sabrina, Mega Records in Scandinavia decided to release a fifth and final single from the album in 1989. Guys and Dolls was finally chosen, a very light pop song co-written by Sabrina. Strangely, and as for the previous single, Sex, no 12" was released even if an extended version was already available on the Italian edition of the CD Super Sabrina (which would also later feature on the Japanese CD). Once again, it's impossible to know if the single charted or not.
In Italy, Guys and Dolls was only a B-side: on 7" for Like a yo-yo and on 12" for Pirate of love (but in extended version).
